BELMOPAN CITY, CAYO DISTRICT
The single-storey, wooden cabin of approximately 770 sq. ft consists of one large room with kitchen and sleeping areas, plus a bathroom. A screened verandah area over-looking the river, provides the living and dining area.
The house has solar power with a back-up generator and there is national grid electricity close by.
There is also an unfinished concrete structure of approximately 256 sq. ft. that is intended to be a guest house.
The property has a lot of frontage on the Belize River and is high above the river.
The land is well-landscaped with many fruit trees, including: jackfruit, plum, mango, banana, sour sop, mami apple, plantain, sapodilla, lychee, breadfruit, custard apple, moringa, craboo, cashew, etc. There are also many flowing trees and shrubs.
With its riverside location close to the main highway and close to Belmopan, this would make a good resort or retreat, of just for a private home for somebody who likes some space and privacy in a jungle surrounding.
