A bar and restaurant consisting of two main buildings and situated on the roadside of the main Western Highway a few miles from Belmopan City.

The main wooden building is approximately 20' x 33' and consists of a bar, kitchen and tables and stools for customer eating. There is also a large, open-sided, thatched palapa for additional customer seating area. Additionally, there are several small thatch palapas with seating for customers who prefer sitting outside.

Away from the main buildings is a new cement toilet block and also a storage shed. There is a well and pump for water although the property is also connected to the village system. The property is located at Mile 42 on the main road that transverses Belize from east to west. It is less than one mile from Belmopan?s city limits and approximately 6 miles from the city centre. Belmopan is the capital of Belize and is situated more or less in the geographical centre of the country.
