BULLET TREE FALLS, CAYO
TWO HOUSES ON RIVERSIDE LAND

A two storey wood house and a one storey wood house on 5 acres of land and located on the Mopan River in Bullet Tree Village.  The larger house has a downstairs one bed apartment which also contains a kitchen, bath and living room. The upper floor contains one bedroom, an office which could also double as a bedroom, kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom. There is also a large balcony.  The smaller house is approximately 30’ x 30’ and has  2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining / living room and bathroom. Some features include tiled floor and french windows There is also a 6’ x 30’ verandah.  Both houses has electricity, water and cable tv.  The land has approximately 150’ of riverfront and is in a quiet location on the edge of the village. There are many coconut palms, lime and orange trees as well as some beautiful, large trees around the house. There is much wildlife in the area including iguanas and gibnuts. Bullet Tree is a pleasant, friendly village about 3 miles from San Ignacio, the main inland tourist destination in Belize.
