It also located adjacent to one of the few bridges that span the Belize River and has easy access to nearby Blackman Eddy Village and Spanish Lookout. Spanish Lookout is a Mennonite Community and has supermarkets, hardware stores, building materials, and many other services.

 With a large amount of creek and river frontage, and because of its perfect location, this would make a ideal development project. Alternatively, with the large house, it could be a retreat, a resort, a farm or just a private estate for a buyer who likes space and privacy.
